Stronger Together

We are pleased to announce that, as of October 1, we have officially merged with Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro.

At this time, however, we continue to operate as Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell. You should not notice any change in care and services provided to you or your loved one.

In January, we will announce a new name for our organization.
