Memorial and Honor Giving

A gift made in honor of someone special can be to a friend, family member, a special caregiver—any living person you select to honor. Click here to setup a memorial or honor gift.

Donate to the flea market and clothing store

The Hospice Flea Market Store is jam-packed with bargains in a 50,000 square foot building.  It’s at the former Winn Dixie Superstore on North Church Street beyond Cum-Park Plaza in Burlington. Everything is sparkling clean and ready for purchasing. From furniture to appliances, toys to linens, dishes to TVs, books to tools and so much more, there’s a bargain in every corner.

Our year-round clothing store located at the Burlington Outlet Village features the best of the best: up-to-date, like new men’s and women’s clothing, shoes and accessories. Your donations of gently used items are always welcome. Click here for more information.

Make a planned legacy gift

You can make a more significant gift than perhaps you thought possible with a planned legacy gift.  Major gifts of this kind enable you to leave a lasting legacy for your family that furthers your wishes and ensures that the good work here at Hospice goes on for generations to come. Click here for more information on legacy giving.

Purchase an etching in the Hospice courtyard

Looking for a meaningful way to honor or memorialize a family member, friend or other loved one? Consider a lovely etched zinc engraving to be displayed in the Hospice Courtyard at the Hospice Home.  Each engraving is $150 and can be purchased by check, cash or credit card. The 2″ x 7″ engraving is created on a permanent etched zinc plate, mounted on a handsome backing, and will be mounted on the wall of the Hospice Courtyard.

Make a gift at work

Hospice participates in many workplace charitable giving campaigns, including United Way, the Federal Combined Charitable Campaign and State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC). Many private companies also have their own corporate giving campaigns. Check with your employer to see if your company includes us. Some employers will match your donation to Hospice! We will gladly work with you to help facilitate your workplace gift. Call us at (336) 532-7217 and we can help you get started.

Fundraise for Hospice

Are you or your organization, sorority, class, fraternity, alumni group or club looking for a way to make an impact right here in the community? Hold a fundraising event to benefit Hospice like many great community organizations are already doing. Please give us a call at (336) 532-7217 when you’re in the planning stages of your event so we can work with you to ensure its success.

Want to raise money for us as a way to celebrate your birthday or a special occasion instead of registering for gifts? Set up a fundraiser on justgive.org and designate Hospice & Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell as your favorite charity.
