The state of North Carolina has approved the addition of six new private rooms at the Hospice Home.  Due to unprecedented demand, the waiting list for the Hospice Home is bigger than ever.  The additional rooms, along with an expanded nurses' station, a family room, bathroom and storage, will result in 22 rooms at the Hospice Home, which was first opened in 1994. The groundbreaking should be in early fall, 2010 and the rooms should be available by late 2011.
